Dear Howard, Shelley, Arthur and the entire Nixon family,
We are so very sorry for your loss. We have known “Cookie” to be a warm and loving mother to your family. She was never at a loss for words to welcome anyone, give you her opinion or make people laugh. What a treasure she was to be in her presence. Her family eulogies were a testament to her wonderful life. We grieve with you and pray her memory brings you peace at this sad time.

Dear Arthur, Shelley, Howard and your families:
My memories of your Mom go back to my early childhood in the ’50s and the many family gatherings we enjoyed over holiday dinners at the verious Aunt/Uncle family homes. Your dad would tease me by giving me “shaves.” He did this by by rubbing my cheek against his scratchy one. Although first cousins, we were a full generation apart in age. Your Mom would always come to my “rescue” by making him stop. Over the years my memories of her were as a humble, kind, and generious person. My condolances to you all on her passing. Please take care, be well, and stay safe.
